Refund & Exchange Policy
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our
products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
* We suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
* You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
* 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights,
* We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Karaj Jaipur as accurately as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
* Exchange/credit note is accepted if customer does not like the material or color of the dress,
* The product should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
* Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
* The reverse pickup shipment is to be borne by the customer.
* Replacement request must be made within 5 days of purchase and must not be part of above list
* The cost of reverse pickup (Rs.300/-)for the product is to be borne by you or you can courier the same to us.
* Returns are not applicable on discounted products or promotional campaigns.
* Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
* Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
* Size/Product exchange is available
* In case of Exchange of Product, we provide a store credit which can be utilized anytime within 3 months from the date of delivery.
* Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 3 months from the date of receipt of store credit.
* In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
* In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither www.karajjaipur.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

WHENEVER YOU RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT, WE WILL NEED AN UNBOXING VIDEO TO ASSIST YOU FURTHER. WE WON'T BE LIABLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE SAME.
