Shipping policy

All Products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order.
* Orders are shipped within 5-7 working days. And customers will receive it within 5-7 days from ordering within India.

* Outside India Delivery usually taken 8-10 working days after dispatch.   

* For Inaayat/Fiza/Naayab collection the timeline to ship will be 10-15 working days
* Free shipping on prepaid orders within India only
* International Shipping time may differ according to the location.
* Exchange/Return not available on all International Orders

*Shipping charges are excluded on MRP.
*Shipping charges are not included in credit note 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
The customs and duties for outside India orders will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us as they differ from Country to Country. Also we can not assure you if the particular order attracts duty or not it's totally not under our control. Hence we advise you to check for applicable duty before placing the order 

* No refunds will be issued if a shipment is abandoned or return to us for non-payment of custom duties.
